What Is the Anime Limitless Races System?
Every character in Anime Limitless is assigned a Race at game start. Your Anime Limitless Races provides always-on passive bonuses that apply to your character at all times — during combat, while grinding, and even while waiting for Soul spawns. Unlike Souls, which are acquired through world spawns, Races are assigned randomly and changed through the Race/Trait Spin system.
Anime Limitless Races range from Common (lowest) to Legendary (highest) rarity, with each tier providing progressively stronger passive multipliers. A Legendary Race can provide stat amplifiers in the range of 10–25% for key combat stats, which compounds significantly when multiplied against a Soul's own percentage-based passives. The total effect of a Legendary Race + Legendary Soul + Haki is substantially larger than the sum of each individual bonus due to these compounding multipliers.
The Trait system is related but separate from Race. Traits are specific passive bonuses within your Race that can also be rerolled. Think of Race as the archetype (which determines what type of passives are available) and Traits as the specific stat modifiers within that archetype. Some players prioritise Anime Limitless Race rarity first, then optimise Traits within their Race through additional spins.

How to Reroll Your Anime Limitless Races
Rerolling your Anime Limitless Races is the primary way to improve your passive foundation without spending Gems. Use all free spins from active codes first before buying more.
Race rerolls use Race/Trait Spins. Each spin randomises your Race from the available pool, with rarity-weighted odds. Spins can be obtained from active codes (listed on the Codes page) or purchased with Gems in the in-game shop. The spin system uses the same RNG pool for every roll — there is no pity system confirmed at launch, meaning each spin is independent.
Free Spin Sources (Active Codes)
Total from free codes: 21 spins (16 from standard codes + 5 from NPC). This is the single most important action to take before investing heavily in stat grinding, as a good Race amplifies all future progress.
Strategy for Using Your Free Spins

The percentage amplifier compounds directly with Goku's own Strength multiplier, creating a larger effective bonus than either provides alone. A Legendary Race with Strength % passive + SSJ4 Goku Soul creates the highest damage ceiling currently available in Anime Limitless.
Tank / Grinding Builds (Majin Buu)
For Majin Buu grinding builds, a Race with Defense percentage or HP recovery passives is the optimal pairing. Defense % compounds with Buu's Defense amplifier passive, while HP recovery passives add to Buu's built-in HP regen — creating a character that is extremely difficult to kill in sustained combat.
Speed Builds (Soul Spawn Racing)
For Soul spawn racing, a Race with Speed percentage or movement speed passives is the priority. These directly increase your movement speed in the open world, determining how often you win the race to a newly spawned Soul. With Naruto Sage Mode Soul + a Speed Race, you can reach movement speeds that outpace most other players on the server.
Understanding Anime Limitless Trait Rolls
Traits are the specific passive modifiers within your Anime Limitless Race archetype. Every Race has a set of possible Traits, and when you spin, you receive both a Race rarity and a Trait from within that Race's pool. The Trait determines the exact stat bonus: for example, a Rare Race might have a Trait that boosts Strength by 7% or one that boosts Speed by 8% — different Traits, same Race rarity.
For most players, Anime Limitless Race rarity is more important than specific Trait optimization at launch. The difference between the best and average Trait within a given rarity tier is smaller than the difference between rarity tiers. Once you have locked in a Rare or better Anime Limitless Races, you can make a secondary decision about whether the Trait is acceptable or worth spinning again for a better roll within the same rarity pool.
